Course - Domestic Sewing and Pattern

Domestic Intermediate course has been introduced for the Beginners who would to continue learning to sew or for those who sew at home and would like assistance sewing with Commercial Patterns, with no set programme.

YOU WILL CHOOSE YOUR PROJECTS –

You Can:

• Use a commercially purchased pattern from a Fabric Store.
• Use a Domestic Machine
• Identify Pattern markings and how to lay patterns on fabric
• Learn How to Adjust Commercial Paper Patterns to the correct size before cutting your fabric.
• Learn how to construct your garment with a ‘professional’ finish not a ‘home-made’ finish
• Use techniques that are not explained or shown clearly in Pattern Instruction guides.

10 weeks x 2hr sessions, 1 day week
